Construction on Florence near Creek Turnpike

Beginning Monday, Feb. 11, a City contractor will begin work to repair a portion of Florence (111th) Street adjacent to the Creek Turnpike bridge between Olive Street (129th East Avenue) and Garnett Road.

Along with a 25 mile per hour speed limit through the work zone, westbound traffic on Florence will be shifted to a temporary lane on the north side of the road.

Weather permitting, the project should take about 60 days to complete.
