A FREE health and safety fair for Broken Arrow private and public school students and Union Public School students to get ready to go back to school. These agencies participated in 2011:

• The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Caring Van gave free immunizations 
• Free haircuts provided by cosmetology students at tech (2nd year students) and will also have professional hairstylist to get everyone ready to go back to school 
• Lions Club Mobil unit will be there to do vision, screening, blood sugar tests and other tests your child might need. 
• OK Child find ID program, for children 5 years and up a video, dental impression, DNA sample will be gathered for the parents to keep in their possession. 
• Modern Woodman will be there to do finger prints of the children 5 and under and for those who do not want the total Child ID package. 
• Tulsa County Reading Road Show 
• Broken Arrow Fire Education Trainer, Fire Truck and BA Ambulance will be there. 
• Union Public Schools 
• BAPD K-9 
• Broken Arrow Crime Prevention Unit 
• Broken Arrow Police Department School Resource Officers 
• BAPD Traffic Unit with roll-over simulator, motorcycle and marked traffic unit

  Children 12 and up can drive a golf cart to simulate what it would be like to drink and drive with the fatal vision goggles (drunk Goggles)
